CENERI Garbage Truck /2oo4/
Diploma project - the vision of a garbage truck. On sides of the truck, there is a new automatic system of taking litters and moving rubbish into the truck. Everything is electronic - nobody has to lift heavy litters. Alternative driving, set of cameras and sensors tell the driver where to stop to take litters. For driver's privacy it is possible to use tinted glass in the cabin. Rubbish is collected in the back of the truck where there is a piston for rubbish compression. When the CENERI is full, the piston pushes everything out for another use. A loading system is placed on both sides of the truck in pairs. Owing to that, it is possible to manipulate two small litters at once or one big container. All indicators and displays are placed in a wind screen in front of the driver seat. Thanks to an alternative power, CENERI does not pollute environment.
